I really don't know what your complaining about, you had plenty of opportunities to overtake him.. but you didn't and then you got irritated about him staying to the inside of the turns (where he's supposed to be) but on the straights he was all the way to the right giving you ample room to make the pass... but you chose to slow down and yell at the guy..
