Illinois cops are terrible... around me they hand out sound violations left and right, near the end of the month it is normal to see at least 10 people getting tickets on a given day. They always stare at my car because all of my rear windows are tinted because they love giving tickets for tint violations. Though, i live near naperville so it could have something to do with it.

Illinois state cops arent that terrible. Usually you can get away with at least a warning if your polite. Its cops like New Lenox or Orland Park cops that suck.
