The North American Type-R is 195 stock and the JDM is 210. My RSX could probably take both

You can't just say F/I tC as a turbo tC is vastly superior to a S/C'ed tC. We are talking 1-3 secs faster for a turbo tC. I.E...low 13's/high 12's for turbo tC's. S/C'ed with bolt on's are mid 14/low 14's. Just S/C'ed ONLY is High 14's. And Full Bolt-on tC I/H/E/Crank Pulley is a high 14 tC too.

A full bolt-on NA'ed tC IS a high 14sec car dude.

They don't show the times, so there is no way to tell/gauge what the type R has on it, or wether or not the tC is Supercharged. If it was S/C'ed, it would be a high 14sec car.
