He should have immediately sensed that something was seriously wrong, the right side of the axle had a total failure somehow right off the line, and he still kept his foot in the throttle.

im not sure if its completely driver error. right when the race started, i saw sparks under the car that wrecked.

Did any one other than me see the sparks coming off the car that caused the reck. Sparks started flying off right when he pushed the gas with means he broke an axle or the driveshaft or something simalar
