yeah no disrespect on the z06's I love those cars. I'm a huge fan of Ford and Chevy. He came on my page c**k swinging. Looking for a bash fest. The mach 1 has a forged crank and a aluminum block. With a higher compression ratio then the 03 cobra(can't run high boost like the cobra). But it is a MUCH lighter car. It has very good flowing heads which makes it a TQy basterd. The gearing helps a bit too. Traction is my biggest enemy right now. And yeah that is a GREAT time with a STOCK Z06 with slicks. I know they are nasty fast and they have traction problems right from the factory in sport mode and the pedal against the firewall.HAHAHATo be honest the new edge z06 might just be my next car. Can't beat being in the 11's without touching a damn thing But I am a HUGE mustang fan too. So I will beat the crap out of this Mach 1 until she has had enough and look around for a used LS7 Z.. haha Price tag is keeping me away for now

Had a QuickSilver '02 Z06 on DRs run an 11.99,bone stock,..unfortunately we dont have it anymore,but not too bad of an e.t. for having nothing done to it

LS engine tech and corvette owner here,and know nothing about the mach stang ...what differences does it have with the GT...does it have the cobra motor minus SC? your comments sound like its a fast car,BTW,I like that color..looks good,,just dont like the bashing on my buddys Z..

Mach 1 with all of the bolt on's and slicks is a low 12 sec car. Which is faster then the C5 Z06 which ran a best recorded time of 12.4 BEST! It would be a close race.. that's all I was saying. If I can race a C6 (with full exhuast) and put a car N a half on it. I am very confident in saying that it would be close. I just hate mustang haters like yourself. Which BTW I do love all the z06's. R32's are pretty fast and are not even in the same league as the other model's of the golf. It's great that you put a lot of money into your car. But I could do the same things (with a SC) and say see you on the highway and the outcome would be majorly in my favor from a roll... Basically I am just sick of people dogging on stangs. There is a lot of slow ones. But mach's and cobra's are not part of that group. Not even from the beginning

And by the way Nasty, my weekend driver is a HPA VW R32 with lengthened gears. Before the latest upgrade I was sitting at 480 bhp and a top speed of 185. It's currently back in Canada getting tweaked to over 600 bhp for a top speed of 202 and a low 11 second quarter... without the need for silly juice or slicks. See you on the highway Nasty! :)
