where did you get our cam at??? i havea 07 with a 4.7 nd i' wanting to am it.

i would really like a turbo BUT there isnt a turbo kit for my application yet. only a blower which i dont want. i know the turbo is a lot more efficient than the SC OR the spray. just thinking out loud i guess lol but i know what you mean! thats really why i have yet to do it...i keep talking myself out of it!

i hope you have another vehicle if you gonna start on striping some of the truck. but why would you wanna spray a new engine like that, i think it would be better to put a procharger or maybe turbo it, less wear on internals. i know that spray is alot cheaper but i have seen it go wrong one to many times, but i have also seen it work tremendously well, so i guess its a personal preference.

haha shorty...im taking it you are a tough critic so thanks ALOT for the compliment;) cams and gears do a lot man but its a combo of everything. i dont know what im running in the 1/4. i think im more interested in what my 1/8 and 60ft times are. the 4.7s have a weak spot...its called 3rd gear...the 206 cams help a lot from 3-5000 rpm...they are mainly mid to high end cams. its probably running 14.XXX? lol i am really wanting a zex wet system to maybe put me around 14 flat to very high 13s which is unchartered territory for a 4.7 Ram!!! there are a couple things i still want to do like e-fan, underdrive pulley, and some weight reduction (ie - aluminum catchcans, passenger seat removal, lighter grille, sport bumper cover and ditch the chrome bumper, maybe some draglite rims for the skinnies and runners, etc.) thanks again for the love! it has really been fun modding this truck.

hey 607, arent you glad to see i commented positively on a dodge, i told you that i would give respect where do.

da** what does it run in the quarter? i have a buddy with a quad cab hemi with about the same mods running 15.5. just doesnt have the cams or gears.

cams, gears, ram air, fastman throttle body, programmer, drags&skinnies, detroit tru trac, headers, 3" electric cutout, some other goodies ;)

thats about the fastest 4.7 i have ever seen around. all you have is cams? if not what other mods you running.
