You have no idea how Vtec works and what it does do you? Its a high and lo w profile cam spec so you get the high end power as if you had a super agr essive cam(4500-9000rpm), and still low end power because you have a cam s pec for low end power(0-4500rpm). If he turned it off then he would have no power beyond like 6000rpm. You can buy "vtec killer" cams th at make it so there is no Vtec lobes on the cams. But IMO there stupid be cause you basicly making it so the car has no low end power for no reason at all aside from the fact that you can say you have some rare "TODA Vtec Killer Cams"

Any fast Civic like this one, is not meant to be the biggest and badest on the track (anyone who thinks different is a fool). Were talking about an economy Honda Civic that was never designed to be on a track. I love the EF's myself and love working on them and the EK aren't much different. Pr ops to the guy that built that Civic, you obviously no more about Honda ca rs then most people on this site. FYI v-tac was designed for better fuel economy........not performance. The Civic in the video probably has it d isabled because it does nothing at 600hp but aid in tuning headaches.

If you're a true tuner, how much you invest doesn't matter to you. It's how well you build your car. But you wouldn't understand that, because that's not what you are. Btw that mustang wasn't stock, you can hear it in the m otor/exhaust.
