Agreed, he probably has at least 3K in the SC. The supercharger kit really isn't worth it without the big boost kit which increases it to about 9-10 psi.

It was a svt focus with a jackson racing supercharger kit at 5 psi he spent way more money then I did and it was neck and neck I had 1300 dollars into turboing the neon. I was at 5psi but lagging because of a bad exhaust leak before the turbo.

Sounds and looks like the chase car was a Jackson Racing Focus. Which supercharger was on the focus running the turbo neon. If thats a Jackson Racing SVT Focus....that boy with the turbo neon should have simply spent the money on a down payment for a stock SRT-4.
