0-60 in 6 seconds was it at the drag

I beat a couple 5 speed SHO's when my GTP was stock...and if you know how to launch a GTP correctly, you can easily get around a 6.0 second 0-60 time.

wow thats crazy i thought SHOs were about 6.5 or so and i never lost to gtps drag or highway, there tuff from a dig stoplight to stoplight or so if you dont get a good launch on against the gtp there goone but from a roll or on the highway there pretty easy to beat for me. i have a 5 speed they have a different motor than tha auto

6.2-6.4 i think is the average 0-60 in GTP coupes

why would you be embarassed of 6.7 most probably cant do that, and gtp never did 0-60 any where near 6.1 i know there pretty quick seeing that i raced a couple in my SHO (beat all)but 6.2 never heard that one

i mis-typed...i meant 129k...as you can see in the vid...but yea, really cold=no traction...which is why it took 6.7 instead of the 6.1(or 2) whatever it does out of the factory...i am embarassed by the time it takes to get there...so i am in no way bragging about this...as it is quite pitiful...just takes lots of $$ to play

im still doing 6.6 0-60 and my GTP's got 198k miles

i didnt think it was tooooooo bad seeing as though i spun to 35...with 128k miles...and a bad trans...i have quite a bit of cometic work to do before i start modding it
