umm i think you got your information wrong buddy 02 03 wrx has a really weak tranny trust me i have a lot of friends who has subi's and one time my friends 06 wrx's tranny fell out with less than 15k on the car lol and ive had my 03 srt-4 since it came out and my car is well over 300 hp and my tranny is still holding up lol so you must be smoking thing if your sayin its bad haha

Um if any car has a weak tranny its the Srt-4. They seem to break more often then the wrx tranny (wrx are supposed to hold up to 300 awhp, while the srt-4 tranny have been to go after 3k miles stock).

ooWRCoo drives a '02 WRX. Wow!... a whopping 227 hp stock, how pathetic is that for the price? Top it off with the performance worlds worst and I mean absolutely worst transmission!...they suck and blow out at only 5-thousand miles. Don't even think to mod that car without first doing some serious tranny upgrades. Also their abs system engages prematurely, gonna' need new brakes at only 12k miles, the ac condenser will fail every 2-yrs and the drivers side power window motor has to be replaced often...that's some piece of quality you drive there! LOL!

My guess he's been smoked by so many stock SRT-4's he's got a bit of an identity crisis going on. He feels he paid way too much for a piece of s**t Subaru. Yeah the new STI's are pretty sweet but an older WRX ...PUHLEEEEEEEEZE!

and the sti costs as much as both cars put together.

i own a 1.8t with all bolt ons to my stock turbo......i have never lost to a cobalt ss, but have to a srt-4....... srt-4 should have won that race if he was trying.... PS their exhaust are extremly loud stock, if he was rea lly racing we could have heard it over yours

And who cares which one of these cars YOU would buy. This vid sux by the way. I noticed the only time the Nobalz could pull on the SRT was when there was some slow ass Crown Vic in the lane in front of him. Everyone knows the SRT-4 is quicker and more powerful than the Slowbalz SS. A turbo makes more power than a supercharger and doesn't have the g ay a ss whine. What a g ay vid - racing with heavy traffic.

Actually, 2.5 pulley is the smallest you can get . You can go from stage 1 to stage 6 in the cobalt parts made by ZZP. boosting the cobalt up to and could be over 310whp pushing up to 18psi. You can find all of this info to be true on cobaltaddiction.com. If you want more power, HP tuners has a great program to help push the SS up 365whp. Thats alot of HP for a 2500lbs car!!!

my 1.8t VW has kicked both an SS's ass an an srt-4's.......granted i have every bolt on without upgrading my turbo.....still those are two ugly cars
