turn off the a/c on he 2.2 it shaves off like 5 seconds in the quarter! lol yeah that is a bit sluggish

same, I get 20-23 mpg with my 96 4.3 reg cab 2wd with 4l60e. Im in school too, and after I get job I want to do ls1 swap or put my 327 in. But dont know how much gas will be at that time too.

yeah i hate how slow it is but i really like the gas mileage im getting and with gas prices around 3 dollars yeah its better for me until i get out of school in a year and start makin more money, ill just have to wait a bit

me too on the ls swap, but i got a 4.3 so it still is pretty fast.
