nice race...i agree ms6 prob has mods but the vette? everyone should stop whining about convertables. please its not 1960...look up the curb wieghts of the vette. and all that extra wieght is over the rear axle = better luanch

i raced my buddys auto convertibl corvette with my 2001 ss 6 speed from a 40 roll and killed it not a little eather a few cars at 60. they are ment to have fun on the weekend and look good doing it. not that fast but fun

Eh, I don't really think the C5 convertibles were that fast. The LS1 coupes did 0-60 in 5.0 seconds flat, but add a couple hundred pounds onto the convertible for the necessary rigidity reinforcement and you have a car that does 60 in the mid 5's and the quarter in high 13's to low 14's...on par with a mazdaspeed 6.

It must be modded. Speed 6's are quick, but not quick enough to beat a vette. Unless the vette is just a bad driver.
