actually bolt ons are anything that isn't internal
headers, exhaust, pulleys, intake manifold, throttle body etc

20rwhp+ hp from just long tubes, is quite a bit of power for just one bolt on. Add up all the other smaller bolt-ons and you can make a decent amount of power from just bolt ons.

When my lt1 had headers and a cai i was beating stock ls2 gto's from 60punches. My car is also auto, people just done give the lt1 the credit.

you are crazy, there are several LT1s with bolt-ons running high 12s, FASTER THAN A STOCK GTO!!!

he has three things against him. he has an auto, he has an IRS rear, and he is 400lbs heavier. with sticky tires, i would expect that to happen 3 out of 5 times. good runs. i have a gto, makes me want to buy more go fast goodies.
