hey genius your car TOPS out at 135... a GT has A LOT more left(as far as engine wise)... Its just its not geared to be a top speed monster, top speed is overrated, now why don't you compare the GTs 0-60(mid-5s) and 1/4 mile(high-13s) to your vectra... And you can do A LOT more than 135 in a GT, i've been in one doing 140+ and it had lower gears(3.73s) and underdrive pulleys only...

my own car is Opel vectra -96 and its top speed is about 135 and now u tell me this car has problems getting over 135? lets do a little comparison. My opel has inline 4 and its displacement is 2 litres. this car has V8 and 4.6L of displacement. are u kidding me with the fact these cars has almost equal topspeed or does american cars just SUCK?!??!
