i think the car is sexy not much for the rear wing though but i know its gonna be fast at least what the magazines say about it

The good thing about the X is that its another evolution of the Evo. More technology that we will all have to get used to. For Evo VIII and IX owners in the US, if you can resist trading in for the new Evo, the VIIIs and IXs will probably become collector cars, just like the 93+ Supra TTs which still go for 30 grand when clean! Many go for more $ now than they did new!

Coming from an '05 STi owner;
I would actually contemplate buying one of these, except for the fact that it has a new powerplant in it. While it may be new and what not, the 4g has been a proven, very moddable engine and I think they should have stuck with it. Also, ditch the paddle shifters. If you can't drive a manual transmission, you don't need to even SIT in the driver's seat of a sports/performance car.

For anyone who thinks this incarnation of the Evo looks bad, take a look at what Subaru did with the '08 Impreza/WRX. Ghastly.

I'm with this guy^^ Suby WTF, I hated the new evo's at 1st glance but i love em now, this is what happens when thing change, you have to give them a lil bit and the changes will grow on you, I think its BadA**

Being an owner of an evo 8, evo 8 MR and now a evo 9 I have a right to judge this car mitsu did get some cash out of me. But like I said if you look at the 9 in white the pics dont do it justice becuase its curves dont come out very good maybe its just the same with this EVO. Then again look at the new wrx impreza help mitsu if its that bad!
