Do you honestly think that it actually has 5 less horsepower? GM wont get criticized if they underate a car only over rate one. They HAVE to make it have less horsepower because nothing can be on par with thier flagship car, in this cas the C5 Z06.

The CTS-V weighs 200lbs more too!

this cts-v in this video also has intake, headers, and exhaust... the gto is stock with an intake :)

The LS6 makes more top end power than the LS2 as seen in this video. The Cadillac's 3.73 gears also help to keep the LS6 in its powerband. The GTO has less power up top, and taller 3.46 gears.

no the LS6 that is in the C5 z06 has 5 more, the cadillac spec LS6 is rated at 400...

Actually the LS6 has 5 more hp.. And better flowing heads.

Both Cars have the same HP but the LS6 always seems to have some tricks up its sleeve!
