Where did you get this from? Are you aware that Ford had to pay a HUGE fin e for overr-rating the Cobra in horsepower. And if you need proof then th is liability is in fact listed on their financial statements. I have noth ing against Cobras in fact I try to defend cobra's and vette's all I can b ecause I'm a V8 fan but that doesn't change the fact that Ford was over-ra ting the Cobra. I don't have much faith in "independent" organi zations because unless they are doing it randomly for the consumer then so me other group has to be paying for the study. So, if you can show me thi s study and it is in fact an independent group then I'll believe this but only because Ford may have begun to under rate after the fine to avoid ano ther fine. Building in a buffer zone so to speak.
