It does not sound like a diesel either, it sounds like a regular V8. It will buzz as high as 5,000 R.P.M.'s. You will see just what a fantastic diesel the duramax is. Built by Isuzu and GM, Isuzu has been building some of the best diesel engines for years. They are known for making quiet diesels as the Duramax is by far the quietest pick-up diesel.

Now you can see that we (the german) are the inventors of the car technolog ie ! the Audi R10 has got an 5.5 Liter V12 engine with 1.100 Nm Drehmome nt = 810,7 lb-ft so you can see what real engine power is !

the audi r10 own sebring yesterday, led flag to flag, brand new car, first time out on a track in competition, flag to flag lead, only every now and then giving in to another car.. very coolll, 810ft lbs of torque!!!
