I don't think it means it's stock.... He means stock internals/Turbo. It does have bolt on's.

The exhaust is clearly not stock but regardless, nice car. Very clean.

how can it be stock? the exhaust on I had on my IX doesnt look anything like that, but it does look like the ti-tip exhaust i have now though.

yeah that evo is not stock, the fastest stock evo ix time i have seen was 13.1 (not bad for a bone stock evo)
