the cobalt has better low end torque and hp because its supercharged which doesn't the significant lag that a turbo does. turbocharged engines don't normally make big power until the upper 3rd of the power band. twin turbos give you more power lower in the power band because it takes less time fo r them both to spool together.

The Cobalt in the other vid was putting down 250+hp and the TC is putting down 270+hp with a lil more wait. Would be a good race with the TC coming out ahead.

The Scion would crap all over a Cobalt. Turbochargers are twice as effective as a S/C. I couldn't read the dyno sheet, was it 260whp? If so that's very impressive since stock they're around 120whp.

haha too bad a cobalt only has 200 hp, and the tc was pushing out 260.......so therefore have nowhere near comparable outputs. the cobalt is lighter though, it would be a fun race. i love both of those cars. stock or not...

You should compare both the Cobalt's sheet with the Tc's. They seem to have comparable output, however, it looks like the Tc has more midrange torque, but gives up low range hp. I would assume both are stock, with the exception of the Tc, of course. Oh yeah, lets see some flat out 0-top speed runs between these two.
