If when braking the front wheel do 70% of the stopping die to weight shifting forewards, then wouldn't the front wheels only be able to have 30% of the traction for accelerating for the same reason? FWD is slower no matter what you do, and no I am not a old cranky woman you sack of douche.

but why would you have a pro fwd class in the first place? if the cars in that class are that heavily done up, why did they stay fwd?

To stay in the Pro FWD class...

thats cool and all but, if you are building a drag only car, and have done body/frame modifications like that, why would you keep it fwd?
