Hey Liberator14, Awesome runs. I sat and watched you clips about 100 times to see how you get down the track so fast. You take off so smooth. I really try to relax at the lights and I’ve gotten a lot better. But no matter what I do, I can’t come close to your times my best is 6.38 @ 116mph on my all stock (tires included) ZX14, except for Muzzy pipe and Commander and tie downs. Also softened comp and preload and stiffened the rebound I see you extended your swing arm and changed your gearing. What gears are you running front and rear? What’s it like on the Fwy. I’m just curious what times you were running before you made those two changes. I see a lot of guys running Sinko tires, what do you think about them. I can beat anyone at the drags that have stock swingarms, so extended arms must be a big advantage. Irwindale, CA

I merely said quick 14 for beating the turbo bus to the line. In a 1/4 that bus would have probably passed it as per trap speed and a previous reply.... >_<

@liberator14... in case u don't know.. they have bikes all over not just in houston! I was making that point to N4CR that STREET BIKES can't run 5's in the 1/4mile! well just bring your car down to houston and see how a street bike runs. no nos foot shifting, stock motor. lowered with a gear change, and 6.5" over stock. ran a 9.22 at 152mph in the 1/4 at the NHRA DIV. 4 RACE IN LA. no proplem race way. in march 07

That's an 1/8mile run 660ft. Street bikes can't run 5's in the 1/4. Fast bikes nonetheless. Looks like the Busa should be faster with 5mph thru the traps but you gotta get the power down on the track. I wouldnt' ride a bike with a turbo!
