It only had the Top Gear record lap time after it was taken back and fitted with a rear wing! BUT whats most pathetic about you wheatbitch is this...the 4.7l DOHC engine in their cars was first a FORD sourced engine! LOOK IT F*G BOY!It says it on their site...later models used the same engine design BUT they were built by a F1 engine builder out of the UK. Basically the same as Ford made them BUT out of stronger alloy to withstand 1000 plus HP! OH and Ford originally had Teksid blocks from Italy. So you can't blame that on the US either. THe Ultima GTR uses a SB V8 just as this vette does just as the Marcos does and so does the US made Ultimate Aero(255mph) and the Mosler which wins races all over Europe! Colleptic! Agree to the fullest!The hotted volvo (Koenigsegg, from sweden, sorry;)) is for show, not ment to race with the big guys as the blue devil. Had a vette myself and know what that machine can, and is willing to, do. someone has to do a lot of work to make me change my mind in the question of corvettes. and, the man driving is 75 years old... take that!

The person below...1: the Koenigsegg has too much power to use properly, most important fact here.2: Corvette has design and development from decades of racing...the Koenigy does not!3: Corvette is one of the most winning cars in 24 of LeMans and over series winner...ever. (GT classes)4: The Vette is far easier to drive, anyone can step into one and drive it fast.5: Like the ACR and GT-R...the Vette can control its power, where as, the Koenigy's driver had to back of the power from time to time during its lap...it is just not meant for track racing, sorry!
