Cobras has IRS and that makes them quite heavier than the GT.

Ummm no, 400 pound weight difference, the fact Cobras always run slower than their power numbers due to heat soak. This GT has beaten SEVERAL 03-04 Cobras that make similar or slightly more power.

That cobra should've beaten that GT by a couple cars. power rating must be wrong on the two cars.

That C6 wouldnt even have been near the 67, the car was spitting and sputtering the whole race, if you listen closely you can hear it breaking up, the nitrous was cutting off and on, dumping fuel when it wasnt coming on and he still rolled out. At that point in time, with the power the C6 was making then, none of the top end would have helped. The 67 can turn 8000 rpms, so running 4th out isnt a problem. C6 is alot stronger now so this is all a moot point but I can assure you it wasnt top end power or aero making a factor in THIS race.

That cobra, for being 250+ lbs heavier still should've won that one barely.

Vortechs are going to be lower than procharger in power output by 5-8 percent.
