it's a straight six, with turbos and stock for stock is slower than a n/a 500hp 8.0 v10.
and yes mod for mod it would be more potent in the viper
but you can spend like 10 to 15 g on a supra and make it way fast. viper. alot more money to get the same benifit. but at the same time. i am not too sure what those tt kits are running for vipers. but the big single turbo supra kits are fairly inexpensive. so to end all. both quick and potential cars. but still not in the same class to begin with.

wow... kinda shut supraking down didn't you? but seriously... let's think about this... supra's have a 3.0 v6 if im not mistaken... and the viper has 8 or so liters... already the supra gets owned... add twin turbos and wat do u have? supra still getting owned...

I see you didn't even try and argue against the fact that big engines with big turbos will always have more potential than small engines with big turbos. And you didn't argue over any of the IRS street records for that matter. Very smart. SO apparently theres no need to write anything down if you simply agree with me that turbo Vipers have much more potential than turbo Supras..

ya ure right the surpa took the whole track to do that he also was from a dig with a lot of horse power sooo he had no traction as u see in the vid till high 3rd... if the viper did that run from a true dig he would have had the same issue. and plus bud he went to the 1/4 mile not half mile.. and he was from a roll. ure the dip shit. not gonna lie. and like i always say this issue is over. write that down..

'Supraking' you are of such limited knowledge it is actually humorous. The Viper got to 205mph using only HALF THE TRACK. The Supra needed the full mile to get to 228mph. Go to GaryJavo.com and read all about it. That Viper has a LOT more left in it. And don't try and argue which is the worlds fastest car. The worlds fastest 6 speed car has been one Viper or another for the last half decade. This is a DOCUMENTED IRS street record, so don't even try and argue this.. And yes, as you should know, Supras are 6 speeds too.

Gale Banks set the record as the worlds fastest street car at 287 mph on the salt flatts with a Trans Am back in 1987 on pump gas with only 22 pounds of boost, which the turbos were capable of 38 pounds. WRITE THAT DOWN!!!!
