i just love how everyone on here knows everything. not. most likely that is an SR swapped 240. everyone and their mother has an SR 240 nowadays. (literally, they're either 20 year old guys, or middle age women. seriously, look at the next 240 you see) i would pretty much guarantee that that isn't a KA-T 240. even a mild turbo setup on a KA will easily outrun an s2k. build for build, lb for lb, a KA will always be faster than an SR. head flows more, and its physically bigger. probably an SR swapped 240.

ya, i like the VUE..haha.. and its called a s"2000" cause 2000 is the 1st yr it was made. if it went how you stated it would now be called the s2200, and there is no ap3.

hey if u want to get a better race then that stock s2k. i live in chi and got a 00 si stock bottom end b16 with a turbo. it's hard to find people to race in winter. let me know.

My bad got ahead of myself. He raced the excursion on 22's that night and thats who he tried to run for pinks.

LOL at you guys, I would never choose an S2K over a swapped 240 or even a KA 240 for the simple fact of torque.Also if you notice he wasn't giving it 100% in the 240.This guy ran at least 8 other cars that night(tried to run him for pinks) the excursion was on 22's and turbo diesel and walked him to through the 60'.Why risk serious damage against a car you know you will destroy.I know for one he was short shifting probably around 6000-6200 and shifting slower than you normally would, and also in the second rrace you can clearly see he gives him at least a car before he rolls into it!

i like how people talk like they know everything the s13 240s came with a ka24 not an sr20 motor the sr20 is an engine swap and there was nothing in this video to say that it was swapped out so the s2000 did pretty good the 240 only killed it in absolute top end which the turbo is to thank for just need a bigger turbo and youll get a way better power band

lmao thats hilarious the 240 is a 2.4 litre and the s2000 is a 2.2 litre the 240 has more toque stock than an s2000 if thats a stock s2000 im pretty impressed i would have thought the 240 would have beatin it by alot more turbo charge that s2000 and watch it walk the 240 dont get me wrong i like 240's alot better than s2000 but comon it did pretty good against a turbo charged nissan

the ap1 (first gen) s2000 was 2.0, after that they switched to 2.2L obviously this one was a later gen (ap3 i think) judging from the rims, headlights, tail lights ect....
and so what if your turbo saturn can beat it in the quarter mile, last time i checked the boys at honda werent trying to make the s2k to be a drag car. Try hitting up some back roads with one and let me kno how ur piece keeps up
