odd... would this still happen if you ran a 38mm? 50 seems way overkill for 20psiand also can someone elaborate on spring load within the bov..? and also is the synapse bov really as good as its touted?

Never cap off a port. Pull boost-only straight from the compressor discharge and always before any type of boost control solenoid

When I bought the BOV Port C was unused at the time and was recommended to be capped off per the instruction manual, which is how I have it currently. So, in your video above, did you have port C plumbed into the intercooler piping?
Where do you recommend the port to be installed at? closest to the turbo or right before the throttle body? I am indeed running more than 7 Psi.
