I believe this guy was trying to total out the car for an insurance claim and it got caught on film. This was in Galveston and was all over the news in Dallas. Can we say insurance fraud?

Yes it is a Bugatti Veyron.. I also saw a video of it being towed out of the drink and you can clearly see the that is is a Veyron. And yes it did happen in Le Marque, TX (near Galveston) on November 12th. And yes they are legal in the US. You people are dumb asses..

There are a few in the USA. 100% Veyron no Lambo. I say this as a Lambo technician. If I remember the story the guy said that a bird flew in front of him and startled him. As I watch the video I see no bird. Also the news agencies have verified that it happened in Texas.
