I dont undrestand why you guys are bitiching about honda. They know there shit. Im not saying they are the best, but for what they are they are awsome. What makes vtec so great and different, is honda perfected it first and was released for production in 1989. This was long before the domestic companies had a production worthy example, need or want to do so. This shows honda is looking alot further to the future, not stay in the 70's like gm. When was the last time Ford, GM, or Dodge had an F1 race team? What motor did every single team in the last indy 500 run? mmmmm. honda..

Okay second of all,...what is the big deal about this,....A lot of car companies have variable valve timing!! Norhtstar, GM also has DCVCP
BMW introduced the VANOS system
Nissan VVL - Varies timing, duration, and lift of the intake and exhaust valves by using two different sets of cam lobes.
oh its so many to name!!!
GM "introduced" this sh-it in 1975!!

(RICE,,or RICER ) is a term us here in detroit started about 20 yrs ago for the asains that refused to buy americans but still came out to try and street race us on Wooward, and Telegraph, has nothin to do with the wigger bling ( spoilers , spinners, and fart can exhausts ) So,,,, there you have it , RICE = Jap s**t ! you know? Come on! Wow, now I know when the V-TEC kicks in... I want to see this car in action man. Enough witht the annoying sound. Sounds like a hamster running in circles. Lets see what it haves. Can that thing take out a Lambo, what is the most horsepower can you get out of that engine, all motor?
