Actually my 05 GT trapped at 105.94 MPH - I am sure it would have been 106+ without the rear wing. The v6 belongs to a fellow SFS club member and he has a 373 rear with Nitto 555R drag tires ,CAI kit, exhaust and tune. He is also a great driver. My 1/4 mile time got hurt because my reaction time was .446 and the TOYO street tires would't hook for sh*t.

You are right. Mustang has 210hp, Acura has 203 and Honda 197. The ford has 240lb-ft, 100 more than the other cars, but it's heavier than the honda and acura by a good 300-400 lbs. They are all equal.

The poor mustang v6 mustang is heavier, not that im making excuses. all 3 come very close in stock hp with the mustang with the most i believe at 210hp, correct me if im wrong.

Just to clarify, the post above is talking about an '05-'07 V6.

HOWEVER, a 2000 V6 is a bit slower than the honda and acura. Not by much, but it is.

I think a V6 mustang and the new si or the rsx type s would be dead even. All three can pull off a high 14's pass stock.

Well, to its defense, the V6 mustang does quite well for what it is. In fact, the new ones are faster than some of the older GT's from the mid 90's.
