all cobra are manuals from the factory. an auto trans is easier to use on a drag strip becuz it is more consistent on the track aka it shifts the same ever y time so no missed shifts or dumping the clutch.

Nice run, did you swap in an auto tranny? Must be a slapstick or shift kit, cause its frickin fast!

dude the thing i dont get is, i thought cobras were only manual?? Did you take a GT automatic and convert everything? or was it a boughten cobra and you swapped out the tranny? that was a sick time, and those slicks do work wonders!
