06's dont have a limiter 07 are limited to just over 130

was that w/ the factory limiter taken off? Well anyways be careful going at those speeds in a civic. My old 1989 E30 325is w/ upgraded muffler and stock engine and premium gas hit 145 mph.

I love how all these v8 people brag about their old rust buckets and try to joke on civics, First off their cars have bad gas mileage, horrible resale value, shitty plasticy interiors, and you always see old gray haired people working on them in those old sunday morning shows. I went out and bought my own 08' civic and I love it. So all you mustang and trans am people who drive 4000-pound turds have a little re-thinking to do.

To braaitsblair, what do you mean those cars arent made for that speed? apparently with the right performance parts, and mechanic can launch a 1.6 litre all motor can do the quarter mile in 10 seconds or correct me if im wrong, better! thats the new civic, it weighs close to an evo 9

i support the big v8's but i also support the inline 4's andanything inbetweet. its all about what youcan do with what you have. dont be talkin trash about someone elses car. it shows that you are not that confident with you own. nice vid
