Are they measuring the power ATW or at the fly.. Cause it would have been 210AFT standard.. 160 isnt that far off what it should be atw..

I love this episode but they were so stupid about this if you put the Avantime engine in a car and the Evo 8 in the same exact car the Evo engine will win 100% of the time and we know the Evo has great handling it's not like a Shelby Mustang with a lot of power and no handling what they needed to do is add a lot more power make it lighter and of course mess with the handling. That car had great handling for the size and power it produce so if you add better handling it's not going to do much. POWER. Now if they had a Shelby Mustang I would say suspension, brakes, etc. but w/e

just to let you Guys now, they didnt do work themselves was dissappointed when i found this out. they put V6 Renault engine in then remappeed it james didnt work on it either. They didnt want NOS, was kinda fixed so they couldnt do it. the garage that doen the work advised them best way and they didnt follow advice.still good race.

i guess they wouldnt have taken it more serious if they had 3 times more budget, they just would have bought 2 huge nitrous bottles, combined to a turbo of a truck^^

They were doomed by choice. They could have done better if they actually bought generic parts. Better intake, exhaust, clutch, and short shifter could have gone a long way. Good episode none the less!
