the only similarities the gt has with the lightning is that they're both 5.4's and supercharged the gt block is aluminum and dry sump and the lightning is iron they use two diffrent superchargers whipple based 2.3 twin screw and ligtning eaton m112 and 4 m.p.g. at wide open throttle the whole time the car gets considerably better milage than that driven normally.
