STi get's smoked on the straight with ease!

Damn, the GTR kicked the STI's ass on the straights! I can't wait to sell my STI and get a GTR in another year or two.

The Takata WRX STi is suppose to be putting out 413WHP/400ft-lbs. The GT-R, 480hp/430ft-lbs? Who knows? Not sure on the exact weight difference between the two. Regardless, both are incredible machines. I'm very impressed that the GT-R performed that well against the modified STi, considering it is stock. STi sounded NICE. Wish we could have heard the GT-R as well.

I'm sorry "srt4eva" apparently my over elaborate statement confused you. I said the GTR weighs about 1,000 pounds more. And its completely UNMODIFIED.

I think it's amazing that the Takata is faster in the turns, and only slightly slower in the straights, and the GTR stayed out front. The Takata is stupid fast for it's HANDLING, and the fact the GTR is only a little slower in the corners, mean it's leaps and bounds ahead of other cars, Z06 included. A road car that handles like a Time attack car when you need it to.
