The Chevy guys are still whining... Doesn't this solve the conundrum "throw a supercharger on the vette and see what happens"?

i dont understand y some one would use a procharger they seem to be a waste of space to me they just dont produce the power of a normal supercharger or a turbo setup

Why would the Vette owner be pissed? It looked pretty even to me with the s low shifting hurting the Vette in that race. It's nice to see another tur bo V8 and just goes to show you what happens when you force feed a V8 that way. I love the Vette but I would rather have a turbo on it that way you wouldn't have to worry about TT Cobras doing that to you.

281 with 15 psi of boost vs. 350 with 10psi of boost and a forged bottom en d. i know what makes power and i would have thought that with these combos they would have had an equal amount of horsepower. i was expecting the ve tte to win even though i am a stang guy, but i gotta hand it to both owne rs, they are awesome cars.

Oh 5th gear is there. Just unusable.

yeah, that TT made up for the fact that mustangs have no 5th gear. Ford has nt addressed that issue yet.

cobra had more horsepower. It manage to pull ahead even though it's heavier and has worse aerodynamic. Turbos are the best for top end.
