Actually these gas power 9hp karts hit 45 mph on the back straight too.

jeremy mcgrath owns a similar set up here in southern california, the place is called pole position raceway. the cars are not gas powered but rather electric, the difference is that the electric karts go 45mph. www.racep2r.com.
