a gixxer 1000 will run 9.7's with a good rider any 600cc will run 10.7-11.3 depending on the rider buddy.

Wow! that supra is beating bikes from a DEAD STOP! not rolls. He hooks up really well off the line. It is a mad fast Supra. As for manual vs auto, it has been proven auto is better for straight line drag races, but is totally worthless when it comes to track racing where the car with this much power needs atleast 6 gears to control power through corners. 5 speed auto Supra is only better for straight lines.
