Thats sick dude. Yeah that trucks tha friggin ownage..beatin crap in a truck is manly. whats the difference between a pc and a sc then? i havent done much research into blowers but ive heard a procharger uses somethin similar to a turbo...it has one side run by belts connected to another side runnin the air through makin boost..but ive heard it doesnt run linear to an engines rpms because it uses a clutch or somethin, compared to a centrifigal that runs linear. chute i culd be blowin stuff outa my ear..i dunno..but dang dude thats a sick truck. its one of few trucks that can pull off flames without lookin stupid lol..but yeah dude that things a beast

lol vortech and procharger are both centrifigal blower , they work identical . im making 17 psi on this motor now at shift points, this is why i choose a cent;. i am making 10 psi by 3500 rpms, i can launch with 2 psi and when i find traction should be able to pull some 1.5 60fts, keep an eye out for truckin magazine .

That thing is definitely sick, and holy crap its got a sick launch. To tell you the truth though, you should look into gettin a procharger instead of a posi-displacement s/c just because you get such a better top end runnin the same amount of boost. positive displacement s/c's run linear with engine rpms, whereas prochargers use a different system that achieves more efficient boost at high rpms. if you compare dyno sheets, youll see that procharged cars have a pretty even top end, instead of dropping power the higher the rpms go. result = higher redline and a wider powerband

yes this truck ha sgone 11.9 with the stock motor. now going for 10's with the new one .
