A LS7 engine is a 7.0L block it is not stroked! A stroker would be a 6.0L 0r a different LS block with a stroker crank and longer connecting rods. "PROBABLY USED A STAGE ONE CAM?? A Corvette is not a ricer it doesn't use a staged cam. They use cams with specific names & only do that so your average Joe can say I want a GM HOTCAM or whatever because they don't know the cam specs. Go to SLP and tell them you want a stage 1 cam for your vette and see the response from the guy at the counter.

I race at that same track, I was told that is a solid roller motor.

and for the dude below me, a regular LS7 is at 7.0L or 427ci displacement... i would agree they probably did some sort of diff stroke... probably also used a stage 1 cam or so to keep it street legal... great work
