A stock cobra on street tires running a 12.3 quarter mile.........sure maybe dropped from an airplane at 30,000 ft!

tkimrey is correct, you guys have no idea what you are talking about. For a nice low mileage C5 Z06 you are looking between 25,000-35,000 ..rarely above. Trust me I know,my family are collectors I own a 04 Z06 and my father owns an 03 Z06 and two 04 Z06's. And my mom has an 03 Z06 as well. All of them we bought with less then 20,000 miles for less then $33,000 in great shape

ummm...i've seen plenty c5 z06's for 30k (in great condition) so i'm not sure where you guys are looking and in the 1/4 the c5 z06 has the edge if both cars are stock and drivers are equal

Stock for stock if the cobra was a 2003-2004 it would kill the z06 in the quarter. however the z06 has a much higher top speed. but then again the cobra received an upgraded suspention from svt for those two years and the handling is about the same...

941z06. what video's what do you want to prove? yea the z06 IS A BETTER CAR THAN THE COBRA. we all know this. Its a race car with plates on, and IN A DIFFERENT LEAGUE THAN THE COBRA.

But, don't start with this supercharged business. This is typical lsx propoganda.

Here you have a car that weighs what, 3200lbs vs a 03 cobra that weighs close to 3900lbs with driver in it. so the cobra weighs WAY more than the vette.

yes if you add power adders to the vette it will be faster, but you already have a bigger motor with less weight, we have alittle 4.6l engine

a heads cammed z06 is equivalant to a ported upper lower ported eaton. what you just saw in this video was a upgraded cobra with a kenne bell. even if your lsx had heads cams watever, it would still loose unless it had a shot of nitrous on top.

you can sit here and post any video you want till your face turns blue, but you cannot take away anything from cobra's.

hmmmm i wonder why the cobra won ? SUPERCHArGED , other mods , weighs alot less and etc...... if the cobra was stock and raced the z06 the z06 would rape the cobra.... bottom line vette's rule
