The stage 3+ kit comes with a GT28RS? All they say is "Honeywell/Garrett Ballistic Series Ball-Bearing Turbocharger" so confirm its actually a GT28RS?

he didnt tune it. its apr kit stage3+ which is suppose to be 320-330 crank on pump and over 400+ on race gas. He suppose to be holding 20psi, this is the best kit money can buy as far reliability, daily driver, stock appe arance and performance. gt28rs is fully spooled at like 4400rpm

17 psi is kinda alot for 355hp is the did you tune this car yet?

Yeah, you're right.... "Only" 355 HP out of a 1.8L engine.... I should be ashamed of myself.
