The skyline motor is a inline 6 not a four banger. and the skyline engine had more than enough power to drift they just used the v8 cars for stunt doubles because they are a dime a dozen. there was only one mustang with the skyline motor made for the movie.

It's not a Gt500. It's a GT that Sean rebuilt. It sounds here like the Mustang still has the V8 in it, in the movie it has a 4 banger. The start of toyko drift was amazing as was the end when we see Vin
