the only use i could see for that stupid thing is driving around your neighbour hood (and even then you would look stupid, why not get a golf cart!) and maybe driving to work if you lived in the city, and in that case just take a bus... but if i were to have crashed into the one that ran a stop sign the other day, i probably wouldn't have felt it, and pushed him down the road for a couple hundred feet
