cobras has a bigger engine right? eh i mean a lot are way faster than supr as. they look that bad but supras look a lot nicer. i could have a compl etely stock and be ten times slower than the cobra i would own the supra! :) and supra_guy i love supras but its not the cars its the driver and ho w they are built. but sometimes it is the cars tho cause some are just cr ap. And i trust toyota more than i trust ford. we have two fords on the road right now and they freaking suck. we have learned are lessons!!! hah aha supra>mustangs

Yes, it is street legal, right there in Ohio. He doesn't have to try to ge t legal in California to pass the "american street legal according to stre etfire" test. CARB only pertains to CA because they have higher standards , just like many jdm cars are not smog legal here in the US. People run t hem in different states, allowing them to maintain legality where there ar e located.
