Recent tests at VIR (4.2mi) showed the GT500 was exactly as quick as a 911 AWD Turbo (997)--> 3:05. Lets remember this car is a Ring Killer. The Audi R8 and Z51 were 2 seconds faster. GT3 was 5 secs faster. The Z06 was 7 secs faster. Now lets remember Z06 is wider, lower and 900lbs lighter than a GT500. In short all are very slick tracks cars
