JeepSp33d - Almost immediately the idle was a lot smoother. I talked to him over the weekend and he says it's running great with a huge improvement!

MPLIGHTNING01 - I would actually think it'll benefit him since Seafoam helps to eliminate built up carbon in the engine. I'm no expert on exhaust emissions, but I would say it'll lower his C02 emissions quite a bit.
