Including different CAMS and who knows what else. Against a stock titan it probably would have taken me. But he was not stock and neither was I.

Thats a 1994 or 1995 Saleen s-281, basicly a stock mustang GT with graphics an air intake and muffler upgrade for $4k over a stock GT. Those cars ran 0-60 mph in like 6.8 sec. That was an automatic too, 0-60 in 7.5 sec. And that's a modded titan. That car would've won if the titan was stock.

The unions killed American autos, plus bud alot of american cars are now built outside of the us. Like Canada and Mexico.

So what about the millions that the u.s. auto industry employs.... I suppose nobody wants to see them keep their jobs?? The u.s. still makes a LOT more here than the foreign competitors do, sure they have a few plants elsewhere, but they have to offset the rediculous uaw somehow. How are the profits not going back to Japan i dont understand your reasoning... they clearly are.

I'd rather buy a Nissan Titan made in the USA by American workers than a Pontian GTO made in Austraila by Aussies. The jobs are here because certain Jap corporations have INVESTED here. Talking about profits going back to Japan only shows ignorance of business economics.

Wherever you took the economics classes, they were very biased. That is too bad. They must have forgotten to tell you about the hundreds of thousands of people in the US that are employed by selling these Import Vehicles. All of the people that work in the ports, the truckers to move the parts, the people at the headquarters in the US, the people that assemble the cars, the people that drive the vehicles to the dealerships, the dealerships including the sales people; all people that are employed because of selling the impor cars in the USA.

hmm ever hear the old saying a leopard can't change it's spots..... Besides I have taken economics classes and it is certainly bad to buy japanese vehicles...... they are the largest purchase a household will make, billions a year are leaving our economy. It is one of the main reasons for the erosion of the middle class... if this continues this country will be rich and poor soon. Also the few plants that they run here usually only employ japanese immigrants that they send over here, make on average under 30,000 a year and send 1/2 of their paycheck over seas. Imo people who buy foreign cars and think they are helping the country are a good example of how patriotism and pride have all but gone down the toilet.

Snakecharmer, it is too bad that you don't know anything about the economy. Pearl Harbor was old school Japan. Take some history classes.

it might be all of the people who died in pearl harbor..... not sure..... but my grandfather served in the south pacific and the stories he told me...... the japanese are a moral-less people........ I could never like or respect them/ any of their products.

Oh and no way a titan is american.... the profits go to japan, thus it is japanese.
