100ev the 08 is not slower than the 04-07. although its not faster either. but it does provide a better platform to start from when tuning. the new suspension and longer wheel base not only raise its handling limits but also make it more stable when driving at the limit. and there is a reason the switch to the hatchback... just ask peter solberg

the 08 is slower(more weight), plus i dont like the hatchback, ugly imo
