here's the link
http://hahnracecraft.com/auto/engine/components.htm
But you need not be limited to only 275HP. When rebuilding the engine or preparing it for over 300HP use, the use of these forged pistons and billet connecting rods is a must. The stock powdered metal rods in these engines are excellent but will not safely withstand repeated use over 300HP. The stock pistons are high quality Mahle units, but can be improved upon with forged pistons if high HP is your goal. The durability these components add is all you need to do to this exceptional engine to prepare it for 400HP use. Our in-house prototype cars have with an engine completely stock other than these pistons and rods: and we've already run 10.80's with our Eclipse! Yes, the remainder of the engine is completely stock. No porting, cams, nothing: we didn't even take the manifolds off the cylinder head when we installed these pistons and rods. This makes the DOHC 420A economical for high HP use. And any competent mechanic and engine rebuilder / machinist can install these heavy duty components with excellent results, without limiting the car's potential for daily street use.

well thanks 4 the advice but some people will do what they want no matter of some peoples real life experience some just have a nack for understanding stumbling blocks and figure out the best setup for the best tuning set and some are a little more patient and of course a little $$ to play is good but there are those people that like to fool others makeing a 12.4-12.5 run and living sum domestics scarching there head and sum tuners searing up and down its 4g63 power only to find its a 420a it all boils down to preference and belive it or not it will only get better yes eventualy you will have to remove the motor and replace pistons, crankshaft, valves, spring, rocker, arms ect....but for those old fashion guys that can do that well thats where all the fun is at preference is where its at and $$$ but i want to thank u for shareing

my gs had a custom turbo on it and wasn't worth putting more money into because the best I ran was a 15.2 now I realise that could have been better but I didn;t waste my time doing it and yes mods on any car cost $$$$ good job you stated the most obvious point in the world but when the problems that come with turboing a car that came out the factory NT outweigh the fun of having a custom setup then again its not worth it just to get 8 psi out of a 420a without fear of it blowing up.................once again get a 4g63/420a not worth the time or money

gotohellricers= this fag hates "ricers" aka japanese made cars but is always commenting on videos that may or may not contain them stick to your gas guzzlin, outdated pushrod pieces of crap and we'll stick to our "rice" the car in this vid sports the 420a or the stoner motor as I have reffered to it as. this motor can easily put up some respective numbers but believe it or not it just isn't worth the money or the problem (believe me I know) it takes to get to that repectable numbers save yourself the money and headache and get a 4g63 you won't regret it and please get that crooked ass tri diamond off of the hood of your car its embarrising

Very true.... I have both 420a, and 4g63 eclipses. They both are fast and powerful as hell. I hate it when people that don't know sh!t... talk sh!t about the 420a. What a lot of them don't realize is that it is a very good engine to upgrade, its light and strong making it very fast ride if your willing to put up the cash.
